These are the drawings from the architect, but these will be modified later based on the roof design supplied by the structural engineer.

This is a big long document listing lots of different specifications that the building will be following, to prove that it will be built to the relevant building standards. Here in Scotland you have to prove everything up front, and you can't start building until you have, and the council has given you a building warrant.
